Located 100 m to the sea, the property doesn’t have private beach. Guests can benefit from the public beach. Sunbeds, parasols are subject to fee at the beach whereas they are free of charge at the pool. Towels are delivered with a deposit, and the change is charged.

• The property doesn’t have parking lot.

• Table tennis and dart are subject to deposit. Beach towel is provided in the rooms on the check-in day. Change of towels is charged.  

• Check-in to Bodrum Beach Resort rooms starts from 02.00 pm. Check-out time from the rooms is 12.00 pm at the latest. Entries to the property can be made from 12.00 pm (for new guests). Pets aren’t allowed at the property. Use of outdoor spaces that provide service at the property depends on the weather conditions.

• Stays with Bed & Breakfast concept at the property end with breakfast on the check-out day.

• If the room to be stayed is one of the special type rooms like family room, suite etc., no refund will be made if any of the guests leave the property early.

• Location, maps and distance of the hotel to public areas are to provide as much information as possible. No responsibility is assumed for the accuracy of this information. The guest is solely responsible to contact the hotel in order to obtain the most up-to-date location information and directions. The person who makes the reservation is obliged to provide the names of all people to stay at the property accurately.
